In order to resolve your synchronization problem, please follow these steps:
1. Perform the update via your phone wireless connection, not via your PC.
2. Contact your ISP and ask them to route you via HTTP over GPRS rather than WAP over GPRS/WAP - WorldMate is able to update only via a HTTP over GPRS connection, WAP or WAP over GPRS connections will not work.
3. Uninstall the software from your phone and then re-download and re-install it to your phone device memory (not the storage card).
