In the Internet appeared quite detailed info on the specs of the upcoming smartphone based on HTC Galaxy platform and released by i-Mate, and also early photos.
The main specs of the platform are 109.7x59.4x17.6 mm, 150 g, Samsung S3C2440M 300 MHz processor, 64 MB ROM, 32 MB RAM, 2.8” 240x320 TFT screen, integrated GPS-receiver, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11b), USB and IrDA, slot for SD/MMC cards with SDIO support. There are some changes for i-Mate PDA-N: 128 MB ROM, Bluetooth Class 2 (effective distance up to 50 m).
I’d remind you that the Qtek version of HTC Galaxy platform is called Qtek G100. The Finnish site Qtek specifies that the GPS-receiver of the G100 is based on SiRFStar III chip. This model carries 64 MB Flash ROM, 32 MB SDRAM onboard. The smartphone will be supplied with a Li-Ion 1130 mAh battery, which provides 5 hours of work with GPS switched on, 4 hours of talks or 200 hours standby.
