Je te conseille de faire un memtest (pas sous windows, avant le démarrage de l'OS ... et une barette à la fois ...)
Pour faire ca, soit tu as un cd d'ubuntu et il est intégré dessus ... ou alors tu télécharges ultimatebootcd ... y'a une tonne de programmes de test ...

Perfnet est la couche de surveillance et de tracing des "performances" réseaux (comme le service QoS par exemple) et elle plante sans cesse chez toi (dixit les event logs, l'erreur revient tout le temps)

Je check sur différents sites une solution à ce problème, ça pourrait être la cause du soucis.

As tu remis ton bios à ces paramètres par défaut ? Et l'idée de tester la ram est judicieuse, essaye aussi avec juste une barrette si tu en a deux (ce sera logiquement plus lent, mais ça doit toujours fonctionner) et si l'erreur ne se présente plus, essaye avec juste l'autre barrette et vice versa.

Edit pour perfnet, mettre le cd de windows dans le lecteur et lancer l'invite de commande (start > run > cmd)

y tapper dans l'ordre avec enter à la fin de chaque ligne :
cd..
cd..
cd windows\system32
ren perfnet.dll perfnet.old
D: (si ton lecteur cd est sur le d, si pas mettre la lettre ad-hoc !)
cd \i386
expand -r perfnet.dl_ C:\windows\system32
exit

Une version fraiche de perfnet sera remise dans ton system32 et directement utilisée au prochain reboot de ton système

mais si tu as une imprimante hp essaye de la desactiver, terminer ses processus ou mettre à jour les drivers.. etc!
